Editorial Standards
This page sets out the editorial standards we apply on Yallashoot / يلا شوت. These principles govern every schedule, every broadcaster guide, every article.
Core principle
We point readers to licensed broadcasters only. No links to unauthorised sources. No mirrors. No signposting to unagreed sources. Ever.
Sources
Schedule sources
- FIFA.com — for international matches, the World Cup and FIFA Club World Cup.
- UEFA.com — for the Champions League, Europa League and other UEFA competitions.
- CAF (cafonline.com) — for AFCON and African Confederation competitions.
- AFC (the-afc.com) — for the Asian Cup and AFC qualifiers.
- National federation sites (FA, FRMF, SAFF, EFA).
- League sites (premierleague.com, laliga.com, ligue1.com, spl.com.sa).
Broadcaster information sources
- Official EPGs published by the broadcasters (Sky Sports, TNT Sports, BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Amazon Prime Video, Premier Sports, DAZN).
- Official announcements from the UK rights holders.
Editorial-commercial separation
We do not receive commission on subscriptions to the broadcasters we mention. Any mention of a broadcaster in our editorial content rests on a single criterion: does this broadcaster hold the official UK rights for the competition in question? If yes, it is listed. If no, it is not.
Updates and corrections
We make every effort to keep schedules and broadcasters accurate. When we discover an error:
- We correct it immediately.
- For material corrections, we note the correction at the foot of the page.
To report an error: [email protected].
Editorial independence
Yallashoot is not affiliated with any broadcaster, federation, or sports brand. Our editorial is fully independent.
Safety
We strongly recommend readers subscribe only to licensed broadcasters, for reasons of:
- Device safety — many unauthorised sites distribute malware.
- Data privacy — intrusive ads on unauthorised sites often try to steal login credentials.
- Picture quality — licensed broadcasts are high-definition with no frequent dropouts.
- Football sustainability — broadcast-rights revenue returns to clubs, federations, and investment in the game.
